Do you accept returns?

Yes - Please notify me within 3 days of receiving your rug and please ship back within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I highly recommend using a mailing service that has tracking. I am not responsible for lost packages. I will issue a refund as soon as I have the item back and am able to inspect it.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

**Please note that I do not accept returns on rugs or pillows sold through "make an offer" sales. All sales are final on these items**

Do you cover customs and import taxes outside of the U.S?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

My rug has a slight smell, what do I do?

All of my rugs are vintage pieces and are cleaned before they are shipped out to you. These rugs are vintage, pre-owned, and 100% natural fibers. On occasion, they might develop a slight scent while being shipped, especially during the hot months. If you receive a rug that has a slight smell I recommend letting it sit outside in the sun. Fresh air and sun helps kill any odors.

What is the best way to clean my rug?

All rugs are professionally cleaned before being shipped out to you. For regular cleaning I recommend running a vacuum over it with the brush off. If lightly saturated you can use warm water and mist the spot and pat dry with a towel. If there is a heavy stain or it is very saturated I recommend going to a local rug cleaner to have them professionally clean it for you. Disclaimer: If you choose to spot clean a rug, please be aware that brighter colors mixed with neutral tones have a tendency to slightly bleed due to the nature of the wool fabric and vegetable dyes. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. I offer free shipping on all U.S. orders, $25 to Canada, and $75 everywhere else. 

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Shipping times will vary depending on the size and weight of your package, as well as your location.

Do you accept offers?

Occasionally I will run a "make an offer" sale on my Instagram stories on select items. At that time, I will consider offers. Please note that I do not accept returns on items that are purchased through "make an offer" sales.
